Hardware

When we think about technology in our careers, it all starts with computer hardware —the physical parts of a computer that make everything else possible. The CPU, often called the “brain” of the computer, processes instructions and keeps the system running smoothly. The motherboard acts like the backbone, connecting all the different parts together, while RAM provides fast memory to handle active tasks. For long-term storage, hard drives and solid-state drives (SSDs) hold important files and programs. Even the power supply and cooling fans are critical, making sure the system has energy and doesn’t overheat. In my career field, understanding and working with hardware is essential, because without it, the software and tools we rely on every day simply wouldn’t work. https://www.smtsa.net/all-about-pc-hardware.html
